Donations are made as follows: The owners of the company (an LLC) do not take a salary of any kind. Thus, profits are simply revenue, minus cost of goods sold (not inflated in any way), minus total expenses with the only payroll expense being part time employees working on order fulfillment. What we are saying is that there is a very pure calculation to determine profitability . The actual donation will occur the year following the end of each fiscal year after year end accounting is finished and profitablity is established. That is, since our fiscal year is Jan 1 through Dec 31, charitable contributions will be made sometime after Dec 31 the following year.
