Kid Squeakers is committed to your satisfaction. That is why we thoroughly inspect every product before packaging and shipping. Consequently, it is very rare that we ship a defective product. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products you may return the unworn item(s) by sending an email to customerservice@kidsqueakers.com within 10 days of your purchase date informing us of your desire to return.
Please include in your email the reason you are returning your product. Then return your item(s) to us via the shipper of your choice (USPS recommended).
Shipping charges to return the item(s) to us will be your responsibility including lost merchandise while shipping back to us. We encourage you to insure your return items. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your credit card or PayPal account accordingly.
Returns will not be issued on worn or damaged products!
